Common Questions

What if I have zero AI experience?

That's completely fine — and very common. This assessment is designed for HR professionals at all levels, including those who have never used AI. Many of the questions are about your approach and thinking, not technical knowledge.

Can I fail this assessment?

No. There is no pass or fail. Every result is simply a starting point that helps you understand where you are and what to try next. Even the lowest score comes with helpful, practical guidance.

What if I score low?

A lower score simply means you're earlier in your AI journey — and that's where most people start. You'll get personalised tasks designed specifically for your level to help you build confidence step by step.

How long does it take?

About 15–20 minutes. You'll answer a few background questions, then 30 questions across 5 areas. There's no time pressure — take as long as you need.

Who can see my results?

Only you. Your results are completely private. You can choose to share them later if you want, but that's entirely up to you.

Can I retake it later?

Yes, anytime. In fact, retaking after completing some guided tasks is a great way to see how much you've grown.

Ready to explore where you are?

No preparation needed. No wrong answers. Just honest reflection — and a personalised path forward.
