1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HR AI Forum platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

HR AI Forum provides a community platform for HR professionals that includes AI maturity assessment tools, a research library, community forums, a supplier marketplace, and related services. The Platform is provided free of charge for individual HR professionals.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Use the Platform for unsolicited commercial communications (spam)

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform (questions, answers, comments, messages). By posting content, you grant HR AI Forum a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and make your content available to other users as part of the Platform's normal operation.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

6. Assessment Tools

The AI maturity assessment tools and strategy builder are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results and recommendations should not be considered as professional consulting advice. We encourage you to consult with qualified professionals before making significant organisational decisions based on assessment results.

7. Marketplace

The Marketplace connects HR professionals with AI solution providers. HR AI Forum does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products or services offered by suppliers listed on the Marketplace. Any transactions or agreements between you and a supplier are solely between those parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, content (excluding user-generated content), and underlying technology, is owned by HR AI Forum and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HR AI Forum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
